Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Norway only.

Orders are sent using Helt Hjem or Posten, depending on the shipment and delivery address.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout where applicable.

We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable time after payment has been received, but processing and delivery times may vary, especially during busy periods or around live shows and releases.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If your order is damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at contact@chainsawcowboys.com as soon as possible.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
