Refund & Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us that you wish to return it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in acceptable condition. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but if the item has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
The right of return does not apply to certain types of goods, including:
- custom or personalised items
- sealed audio or video recordings if the seal has been broken
- other goods that are exempt under applicable consumer law

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, size, or variant, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
